Situation: The Intertropical convergence zone is extended from north of the northern line group to north and over Makin and Butaritari. Associated clouds will affect the Kiribati group.
Kiribati group and Banaba:
Gentle to moderate northeasterly to easterly winds of 6-16kt and gusty at times.
Moderate to rough seas.
For Makin and Butaritari:
