Situation: The Inter-Tropical Convergence Zone situated over the northern islands bringing cloudiness showers over the islands. Meanwhile a trough of low pressure lies over the southern islands and Banaba affecting the Kiribati group and Banaba.

Gentle to moderate south-westerly to westerly winds of 09-16kt. Gusty at times.

Moderate to rough seas.
